What Is The Garage?

At the Garage we offer Infused Kickboxing  group fitness classes that combine cardio kickboxing techniques with cardio conditioning that will elevate your heart rate into the fat utilization zone. Our  high-energy workouts challenge both the beginner and elite athlete. 

Our classes are designed to build stamina, flexibility, and improve coordination. Our Infusion of strength  training allows for growth and proper form building. Yes, you will  burn a ton of calories.  You do not need any martial arts experience to participate in our classes. Our coaches will guide you through the process.

Our Founder

I am a 43-year-old mother of 2 teenagers.  Like many women I was busy working, cooking, cleaning as well as being a mom and wife. In January of 2016 I was weighing in at about 260lbs when I finally had my “A-Ha” Moment!   It was then I decided to lose weight and live healthy. For the first time in my life, it stuck. 

I am not an athlete and never engaged in any sports or workouts in my life.  To be honest I was a Couch-Potato. One day I drove by a kickboxing studio and decided to go in. I was terrified and self-conscious.  I told myself I would just get through the trial and I would probably never come back. It was hard! But it was also fun, and for the first time in my life I knew this was my time.

Over the years I developed a love for kickboxing. I was feeding my body and soul at the same time.  I surrounded myself with amazing motivating people who guided me the whole way. I then became a kickboxing instructor. Imagine that, from Couch-Potato to Kickboxing instructor.  


After some time, I decided to try Strength training, I loved the results but missed kicking that bag. That's when I started infusing Strength Training with Kickboxing, and the results were staggering!

Our Team would like to share that  passion, drive and the “YOU GOT THIS” attitude with you !
